- Pay Rate: $50k/year.
- Location: Etobicoke, ON
- Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
- Job type: Permanent | Full-time
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries via phone and email.
- Coordinate meetings including agenda preparation and logistics.
- Manage the Association Management System (AMS) and member profiles.
- Assist with expense filing and administrative tasks for senior management.
- Support board and committee operations including agenda preparation and meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with staff to facilitate events and ensure member satisfaction.
- Handle membership applications and renewals with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Legally eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- Possession of a valid G driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
