A career as an Administrative Assistant for the Montérégie and Lanaudière-Laurentides-Outaouais-Abitibi-Témiscamingue-Ontario East region is an important role for a variety of team leaders. You carry out various coordination and planning tasks in order to optimize the schedule and facilitate the achievement of the objectives of the business line and your managers.

Your job:

  • Proactively coordinate the agenda and emails and carry out rigorous follow-ups with managers
  • Interact confidentially with various bank partners and internal members on various human resources files.
  • Carry out follow-ups and/or reminders, when necessary, on tasks in order to support managers.
  • Organize internal and external meetings by ensuring administrative follow-up and coordinating all related logistics.
  • Provide administrative support to your teams and work closely with the team of assistants in improving the administrative functioning of the department and the development of internal procedures and processes. 
  • Coordinate and participate in the organization of various events when required.
  • Contribute to various projects.

 Your team:

Within the Agricultural Business Services team, you are part of a large group of about 35 colleagues and report to the Associates Vice-Presidents. Our team values everyone's passions and bold ideas. Prerequisite:

  • Completed vocational or college diploma or five years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite and all collaboration tools
  • Sense of autonomy, initiative and urgency
  • Strong adaptability and proactivity
  • Professionalism, thoroughness and confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong ability to work in a team
  • Experience working with a large group of employees
