Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Accounts Receivable Administrator to provide essential back-office support and ensure accurate payment processing. This role focuses on applying payments within AR systems and assisting team members across Canada. You should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate: $27/hour
Location: Calgary, AB
Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Job type: Temporary | Full-time
Contract Duration: December 2025 – March 13, 2026 (possibility of extension)

Responsibilities:
Accurately apply payments in Accounts Receivable systems.
Prepare cash sheets and process high-volume transactions promptly.
Support AR administrative tasks for multiple local markets.
Investigate payment discrepancies and assist with clearing old balances.
Collaborate with team members to provide support as needed.
Qualifications:
2–5 years of Accounts Receivable and collections experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable processes preferred.
Experience with Wide Orbit or IBMS systems is an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
