  • Support development of prioritization scoring by assessing complexity, business value, dependencies, and alignment to product strategy
  • Conduct data analysis (e.g., intake trends, demand volumes, capacity impacts) and prepare insights for planning conversations
  • Assist with preparing documentation, dashboards, and materials for planning sessions with digital product owners, process owners, CFO leadership, and technology teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, gather missing information, and ensure intake submissions meet standards
  • Maintain and update the intake tool by tracking status, identifying issues, and recommending improvements
  • Help monitor progress of intake items and produce regular progress summaries or status updates
  • Other projects and assignments as required, including process reviews and analytical tasks that require research, strategy, and problem-solving skills

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Working toward a degree in Business, Finance, Data/Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and develop insights
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and “connect the dots.”
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (including building analyses or simple models), PowerPoint, PowerApps or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of digital product management, software development lifecycle, or business analysis concepts
  • Familiarity with research methods, process mapping, or documenting workflows
  • Interest in technology strategy, product strategy, or enterprise planning

Please note:

In order to be eligible for these student positions, you must either:

  • Be returning back to school after the work term end-date; or
  • If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully

What’s in it for you?

We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
