- Support quarterly audits by analyzing data and providing valuable insights
- Participate in the design, deliver, and implementation of value add analytics
- tools and dashboards utilizing the latest technologies available, to create data
solutions to meet auditors needs
-Documentation of process and administration
-Be an active contributor to not only your individual team, but to the CAE data
community
-Constantly seek out better ways to do things, new tools, new technologies, new
processes
-Work as part of an high performing team
-Help promote analytics across the CAE to enable to become a data-driven
organization
Must have:
-Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution with a focus on data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, machine learning, engineering
-Leadership acumen and a passion to apply it in a dynamic business environment
-Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
-Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast paced environment
-Programming skills in one or more languages (ex. Python, R, NLP)
-Strong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to have:
-Experience or understanding of data visualization tool Tableau and databases (SQL and/or VBA)
-Ability to data extract, transform, and load processes with a variety of data types
-Ability to perform complex data analysis on large volumes of data and present findings to stakeholders
