  • Build options and scenarios with quantified trade-offs; recommend a course of action with risks, dependencies, and success metrics.

  • Shape and maintain an insight operating cadence (regular rhythm for sharing insights, e.g., QBRs/MBRs, scorecards, executive one-pagers) that connects insights to decisions and execution.

  • Acquire strong business knowledge and credibility through the development of a strong network. Build and manage strong relationships with internal clients and partners to provide value and ensure ongoing alignment.

  • Cultivate strong advisory relationships within the COO leadership and across the organization with key strategic partners, ensuring robust and enduring relationships to establish operational alignment.

  • Mentor analysts; raise the bar on problem-solving rigor, visual storytelling, and stakeholder management.

3) Insight to Action & Change Enablement

  • Drive the generation of high-impact actionable insights based on a deep understanding of the business and make recommendations to enable business leaders to maintain market competitiveness.

  • Drive insight activation: define owners, timelines, and measures of success (OKRs/KPIs); support change impacts and adoption in partnership with business leaders.
