Job Description

What is the opportunity?
As a Senior Treasury Solutions Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through RBC's cash management solutions. You will proactively advise clients on leveraging our solutions, taking ownership of their onboarding, activation, and ongoing adoption of digital tools. Your expertise will enable clients to achieve their business and financial goals, while you collaborate with Commercial Financial Services (CFS) teams and other RBC partners to build long-term, profitable relationships.

What will you do?

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences: Lead with a growth mindset, focusing on maximizing client acquisition, growth, and satisfaction through seamless interactions and timely solutions.
  • Acquire and deepen client relationships: Collaborate with One RBC team members to grow and retain existing business client relationships, identifying opportunities to anchor clients to RBC and increase share of wallet.
  • Execute business priorities: Develop and deliver on sales plans, recommend treasury services, and provide financial advice to meet clients' business goals.
  • Build digital awareness: Encourage clients to leverage digital solutions, showcasing new capabilities and optimizing their business operations.
  • Resolve client concerns: Take ownership of client issues, resolving them at the first point of contact and escalating to management when necessary.
  • Collaborate with partners: Work with BFS, Transaction Banking, and other One RBC teams to succeed individually and as a team, sharing best practices and coaching colleagues for mutual success.

What do you need to succeed?
 

  • Must-have:
    Proven experience in financial services, specifically in cash management and treasury solutions.
  • Strong client focus, organization, and sales disciplines.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Willingness to learn and build partnerships with stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at a financial institution.
  • Knowledge of Media & Entertainment industry
