Adecco is actively seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join our client’s team located in Goderich, Ontario. This full-time role is ideal for a highly organized professional who excels in administrative oversight, operational coordination, and hands-on support for day-to-day business activities. The Office Manager will play a central role in supporting productivity, operational flow, and customer service excellence.

  • Pay Rate: $25/hour.

  • Location: Goderich, ON

  • Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (possibly 7:00am-5:00pm)

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:  

  • Oversee all office administration, including bookkeeping, filing, and document management.

  • Conduct site visits, coordinate sales activities, manage work orders, and schedule jobs.

  • Provide leadership and operational support in alignment with business objectives.

  • Assist with early morning work orders as required to support service delivery.

  • Maintain effective communication across teams, clients, and vendors.

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety practices, and company standards.

Requirements:  

  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

  • Strong work ethic with a focus on company success and customer satisfaction.

  • Proven ability to manage operational processes effectively.

  • High level of integrity, loyalty, and dedication to long-term company growth.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

  • Experience in office management, scheduling, or operations coordination is an asset.
