Adecco is currently seeking a Bilingual Administrator – Insurance Operations to join our client’s team in Toronto, ON. This is a temporary position offering $24.09 per hour. In this role, you will support insurance operations by producing accurate documentation, maintaining reports, and helping the team meet performance goals.
Pay rate: $24.09/hour.
Location: Toronto, ON
Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of documents and reports.
Contribute to achieving SLAs, KPIs, and business objectives.
Update reports using predefined templates to maintain accuracy of data entry.
Follow company policies and performance standards at all times.
Maintain a basic understanding of core aspects of insurance and related legislation.
Provide support in both French and English, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Requirements:
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written).
Minimum 1 year of administrative work experience.
Ability to manage repetitive tasks with a high level of care and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
