A career as a Technical Advisor in the Litigation and Regulatory Investigations team within National Bank Financial Legal Affairs means making a difference in your colleagues’ daily lives by supporting them in the management and collection of information and documents required for the files managed by NBF Legal Affairs. This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization through your ability to prioritize, your organizational skills, and your attention to detail when handling incoming requests.

Your job

 

  • Take charge of the entire process for requests for information and documents required for legal Affairs needs (account documentation, statements, email, etc.)
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify relevant information targets
  • Research to identify the factual elements needed for the collection
  • Request and collect documents according to the instructions received
  • Organize and deliver requested documents with rigor and attention to detail
  • Review the information received to identify any missing elements and request the required additional information
  • Perform a quality control between the request and the documents delivered to ensure compliance

Your team

You work in the Litigation and Regulatory Investigations team within National Bank Financial Legal Affairs, serving the Capital Markets and Wealth Management sectors. You collaborate with various internal partners to prepare responses to requests for information and documents. Our team stands out for its commitment to rigor, collaboration, and customer service.

Prerequisites

 

  • A relevant college diploma
  • Knowledge of account opening documentation and the types of client documentation used by NBF
  • Be familiar with the platforms used by NBF, including T-80/ISM
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Exemplary documentary organisation skills
  • Be diligent and sensitive to details
