Adecco is currently hiring a Warehouse Order Picker for a full-time position for one of our clients in Lyn, ON.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking orders in cooler and freezer environments, stacking products safely, and supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in cold environments while collaborating with a fast-paced team.

Key responsibilities:
Accurately pick orders in cooler and freezer environments, following pick labels and packing with care
Stack boxes of various sizes onto skids safely, securely, and neatly
Lift up to 50 lbs and remain physically active throughout the shift
Maintain a clean, safe workspace by clearing debris and tidying spills
Conduct daily safety checks on power carts or stackers and report issues
Transport pallets from the grading floor to the cooler while preventing breakage
Collaborate with the Cart Person and Cooler Rotation team to support inventory and rotation
Safely load and unload trucks using powered equipment such as pallet jacks and stackers (training provided)
Communicate effectively and support the team wherever needed
Qualifications:
Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
Comfortable working in cooler/freezer environments
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods
Safety-focused with strong attention to detail
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Willing to learn and operate powered equipment
