Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented Production Graphic Designer to join our client’s team in Richmond Hill, ON. In this role you will be responsible for creating and formatting printed financial documents that align with established design guidelines and client brand standards. This role ensures accuracy, quality, and consistency across all deliverables while supporting internal business requirements and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay Rate: $25.64 - $35.90/ hour (based on experience)

Job type: Full-time | 6-month contract
Responsibilities:
Create printed financial documents in line with established design guidelines.
Review and proof graphics, layouts, and fonts for accuracy.
Format logo files, client brand colours, and original imagery to meet specifications.
Deliver design services that meet customer and internal business requirements and quality standards.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve team policies, guidelines, quality controls, and procedures.
Maintain current knowledge of graphic design trends and participate in ongoing skill development programs.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a three-year college or technical school, plus one or more years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Meticulous attention to detail with a strong eye for layout, typography, and colour.
Ability to operate within defined technical and operational procedures.
Experience delivering functional design proofs and working knowledge of printing technologies (full-colour and offset printing).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office, and HTML for responsive email design.
Experience working in a PC environment
Understanding of collaborative workflows within production design teams.
Basic knowledge of the financial services industry to support continuous improvement and project activities.
Strong grasp of design principles.
No direct supervisory responsibilities but will support team members by coordinating tasks and checking quality.
Ability to manage individual workload within a shared team environment.
Strong attention to detail and evaluative judgment based on best practices.
Ability to resolve issues using acquired technical experience within established policies and procedures.
Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Direct influence on service level delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsible for managing an assigned queue of client requests, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Developed communication skills for clear verbal and written responses to internal and external clients.
Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
Professionalism under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude and focus on quality.
Strong ability to explain ideas and provide constructive feedback clearly and concisely.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
