Administrative Accounting Coordinator

Location: Mississauga, ON – commencing as an on-site position, will transition to 3 days on-site, 2 days work from home down the road
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent – Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
Salary: $50-55K, commensurate with experience, benefits and additional perks

Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with data in a fast-paced environment? We’re seeking an Administrative Accounting Coordinator to join our client’s finance team and support the processing and documentation of incoming business agreements including rates, terms and more. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational accuracy and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities for the Administrative Accounting Coordinator job opening in Mississauga, ON may include but are not limited to:
  • Review and process incoming business agreements daily using an Excel-based tracking system
  • Digitally file and organize documentation within a proprietary software platform
  • Generate and distribute weekly internal performance reports
  • Support monthly reconciliation between billing systems and internal revenue tracking
  • Collaborate with senior team members to ensure accuracy in performance reporting for incentive calculations
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

What you bring to the Administrative Accounting Coordinator job opening in Mississauga, ON:
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience in data entry or contract processing
  • Recent graduates with strong Excel and analytical skills are encouraged to apply
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation) NOTE – Excel testing will be conducted in advance
  • Comfortable with basic accounting principles, math and reconciliation work
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, someone who takes pride in this
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage high volumes of routine tasks efficiently
  • Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving abilities
