Join us for a dynamic two-part webinar series, “Digital Safety for Inclusive Organizations,” in partnership with Pride at Work Canada and ODLAN. In this series, we explore crucial insights and strategies to ensure digital safety for 2SLGBTQIA+ organizations, allies, and advocates.
Part 2: Implementing Digital Safety (Session 2): Discover how to put digital safety into action. We’ll explore the importance of creating a robust safety plan and preparing for the upcoming Online Hate Training Module by ODLAN. Presenter:
Evan Vipond (they/them) is the Director of Learning at ODLAN. Evan comes with 15+ years of experience working with 2SLGBTQIA+ communities across sectors including education, arts and culture, health care, and justice initiatives, and over a decade of teaching experience at the post-secondary level. They offer consulting services for advancing inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) in workplaces, institutions, and communities. They specialize in training and curriculum development, IDEA policy review, 2SLGBTQIA+ content review, and 2SLGBTQIA+ community consultation. Evan is a PhD Candidate in Gender, Feminist and Women’s Studies at York University. They are trans, nonbinary, queer, and invisibly disabled.
