Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Project Coordinator for a leading Canadian construction organization. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and driven construction professional looking to grow their career while supporting commercial, institutional, civil, and large-scale construction projects.

Working closely with Project Managers and Site Superintendents, you will play a key role in coordinating project activities from pre-construction through project closeout, ensuring successful execution, cost control, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.

  • Pay Rate: $95,000/annually

  • Location: Edmonton, AB

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and document control activities.

  • Assist with project setup, permits, subcontract administration, and tender processes.

  • Coordinate RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, and subcontractor communications.

  • Monitor project progress, schedules, costs, and productivity metrics.

  • Participate in subcontractor meetings and support progress tracking.

  • Assist with client billing, invoicing, and contract administration.

  • Support BIM/VDC coordination and construction logistics planning.

  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Support project closeout activities, deficiency management, and warranty-related tasks.

  • Promote compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

  • 1–3 years of project coordination, construction, or project management experience.

  • Experience supporting commercial, institutional, civil, or high-rise construction projects considered an asset.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management tools.

  • Team-oriented with a strong attention to detail and commitment to project success.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
