Position Summary
The LBH Key user is responsible for building, maintaining, sharing, and sustaining knowledge of London Poultry’s Live Bird Handling System machine and lot tracking software.
Key Responsibilities
  • Train machine operators, service techs, and management team members on the safe and efficient operation of the BH
  • Assist in the troubleshooting and repair of the LBH during breakdowns in all scenarios
  • Act as a conduit between shifts, sharing knowledge and current conditions
  • Establish assessment criteria and use that criteria to objectively evaluate operators
  • Evaluate and test system performance and reliability after major rebuild activities

Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in a Live Poultry facility
  • Proficient use of technology including tablets
  • Strong understanding of automation and machine logic
  • Highly motivated
  • Strong communication skills
