Hours: 1pm-9pm
Wage: $33.05/hr
The Delivery Tech role includes administrative coordination, operational support duties, and leadership support for our delivery network. The Delivery Tech will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities
Performing administrative and coordination tasks related to routing, delivery, fleet & safety compliance, and daily delivery documentation.
Supporting delivery of product to the market. Will train the right candidate.
Assisting with delivery analytics, identifying route challenges, late delivery, service gaps, or recurring operational barriers.
Supporting new Delivery Drivers: setup new user access, equipment assignment, training coordination and documentation.
Acting as workflow support for the driver group, helping ensure efficient route execution, timely truck returns, and alignment with expectations
Providing relief team lead duties when required, including communication with drivers, leadership, and cross‑functional teams
Engaging in logistics optimization projects as directed by the leadership team
Qualifications
Excellent computer proficiency and systems capability including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Strong attendance and safety performance is required.
Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to support, and influence peers.
Strong knowledge of logistics and delivery operations, routing, handheld systems, and customer service expectations.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, especially in administrative and compliance‑related tasks
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
Experience with software programs related to delivery, routing, and administrative reporting is an asset.
