Adecco is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for a full-time opportunity in Kanata, ON. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $21–$23/hour
Location: Ottawa, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Process customer orders in a detailed and timely manner
Reach out to customers and verify account information
Greet customers warmly and determine the reason for calling or emailing
Assist with refunds, exchanges, or direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
Support other departments or special projects as needed
Qualifications
Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
College or University degree is an asset
Must be bilingual (English & French)
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with Traverse Open Systems is an asset
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
