Name and description of the hiring department:

Bell Business Markets is currently seeking candidates to fill positions in the Customer service Voice team.

Job Duties / Accountabilities:

  • Responsible to create Voice connectivity orders for Ontario and Quebec
  • Responsible for the quality and precision of all types of orders
  • Ensure the delivery on time of the provisioning requests
  • Treat unusual and complex situations

Essential Qualifications / Competencies:

  • Customer oriented
  • High level of competency in managing priorities and solving problems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • High organizational and precision work
  • Autonomous
  • High ability to work in ambiguity, with a minimum of information
  • Opened to changes and high capacity of fast adaptability
  • Analytical
  • Strong communication skill (in writing and in person)
  • Basic level of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Bilingual – proficient in both French and English

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:

  • Familiar with BBM products and processes
  • Familiar with BBM provisioning tools and applications (i.e. BCRIS)

Working Conditions:

  • Business Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Occasional overtime
  • Heavy work load
