As an “Employer of Choice”, SV Law has an exciting opportunity for a permanent, full time Builder/Development Real Estate Clerk in our Guelph office. About the Opportunity:

  • Your primary responsibility will be providing assistance to condominium development team with various subdivision/condominium development tasks.
  • Drafting legal documents (Restrictive Covenants/By-law exempting Part Lot Control/Easements/Parcellation Transfers/condominium documents.

About You:

  • As the successful candidate you will have a Law Clerk or Legal Assistant Diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of five (5) years experience as a Builder/Development Real Estate Clerk.
  • You are a team player who thrives in an environment that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of individuals, both independently and as part of a team.
  • You have a passion for technology and a desire to keep abreast of the latest industry software.
  • You will have excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, all of which will assist you in working in this fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an asset for dealing effectively with clients, lawyers and professionals in the interests of our clients.
  • Experience with MS Office, Teraview and Conveyancer/Unity are a must and knowledge of Soluno, Net Documents, and DocuSign will be considered an asset.
