Adecco is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for a full-time opportunity in Kanata, ON. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment.

If you have experience in customer service and are bilingual, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a supportive team setting.

  • Salary: $21–$23/hour

  • Location: Ottawa, ON

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Employment Type: Full-time

  • Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders in a detailed and timely manner

  • Reach out to customers and verify account information

  • Greet customers warmly and determine the reason for calling or emailing

  • Assist with refunds, exchanges, or direct inquiries to the appropriate departments

  • Support other departments or special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience

  • College or University degree is an asset

  • Must be bilingual (English & French)

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Experience with Traverse Open Systems is an asset

  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
