Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Clinical Psychologist to join our client’s growing mental health team in Cambridge, ON. You will provide high‑quality psychological assessment, evidence‑based treatment, and collaborative care to a diverse client population. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about trauma‑informed care, committed to clinical excellence, and comfortable working both independently and within a multidisciplinary environment.

  • Pay Rate: $150 - $162/h (based on experience)

  • Location: Cambridge, ON

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and report writing

  • Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT-informed approaches, trauma-focused therapies)

  • Deliver short-term structured interventions and long-term psychotherapy based on client needs

  • Support diverse populations including individuals, couples, and families

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to coordinated care planning

  • Participate in case consultations, peer review, and ongoing professional development activities

  • Contribute to program development, training, and psychoeducation initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral or Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field

  • Registered or eligible for registration with the appropriate regulatory body

  • Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience in assessment and psychotherapy

  • Demonstrated experience in trauma-informed care and mental health treatment

  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and case formulation skills

  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapies)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional standards
