Adecco is currently hiring a full-time highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to provide frontline service and administrative support within a dynamic, high-volume academic environment. In this role you will deliver exceptional customer service, coordinate office operations, support facility scheduling, and assist leadership with clerical tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
Location: Saskatoon, SK
Shift: Monday - Friday| 8:00am – 4:30pm

Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional frontline customer service by responding to and triaging inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, including in-person reception and managing a multi-line telephone system.
Order and maintain general office supplies, manage internal mail distribution, and coordinate courier requests and deliveries.
Schedule college facilities (lecture theatres, classrooms, public spaces) in compliance with University Room Booking Protocols, ensuring technology and special requests are accommodated.
Assist in maintaining a high-quality, sustainable physical work environment by coordinating with central units for facility management, safety, maintenance, and custodial support.
Provide clerical assistance to the Chief Operations and Financial Officer and Manager, Faculty Relations.
Support coordination of Dean’s Office functions as required.
Process and allocate general college invoices accurately.
Qualifications:
Completion of a business administrative diploma or equivalent from a recognized post-secondary institution. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
Two to five years of office experience in a high-volume environment.
Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong proofreading and attention to detail
Effective organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook)
Familiarity with UniFi and PAWS considered an asset
Knowledge of Cascade and VetNet considered an asset
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
