In “The People Are Peopling” you’ll learn 3 ways to build a thriving workplace culture. Discover how a People strategy can improve retention and prevent burnout. You’ll identify how capitalism and systems of oppression can impact your operations. You’ll also find out how to ensure your internal workplace practices match your external goals and that you are walking the talk!

Presentation:
Althea Branton is the Director of Corporate Services at Pride at Work Canada. In this role, Althea leads the People & Culture function. Althea has more than 15 years’ experience in people management. Her experience includes HR systems management for some of the world’s most recognizable brands. Althea has a proven track record in servant leadership, day-to-day tactical responsibilities and corporate development. When she’s not actively dismantling kyriarchy, Althea loves to write, design skincare products and eat all sorts of chocolate.
