OutLoud St Albert

We're a community of people with big hearts, gigantic goals, and an unwavering passion for the well-being of 2SLGBTQIAP+ kids and young adults.

We provide programming for 2SLGBTQIAP+ youth, young adults, and their families, provide training and conversations around inclusivity and allyship to community groups and businesses, advocate for our youth, and organize St. Albert Pride. In the last 10 years, we have seen over 1200 youth through our doors and are growing everyday.

Mission

The Outloud Foundation promotes inclusion of 2SLGBTQIAP+ community members in the St. Albert area, creating a more equal and diverse community. Through partnership and collaboration, safe spaces are created for sexual and gender diverse youth and their families.

Our Goals

1. Provide safe and caring spaces and programming for the 2SLGBTQIAP+ Community in St. Albert and surrounding areas
2. Advocate for and amplify the voices of the 2SLGBTQIAP+ Community in St. Albert and surrounding areas
3. Build meaningful partnerships with other local organizations allowing wraparound style supports to youth
4. Educate the community on 2SLGBTQIAP+ issues
5. Provide training to organizations looking to strengthen their inclusion practices
6. Increase the number of safe spaces for the 2SLGBTQIAP+ Community across Alberta
