Ensemble pour le respect de la diversité works to create a respectful and equitable environment for everyone. The ultimate goal is to foster a more just and inclusive society, where everyone can flourish freely, without fear of discrimination or prejudice. The organization is committed to promoting social inclusion and defending the rights of all through workshops and committees offered in schools throughout Quebec and elsewhere in Canada.

Ensemble pour le respect de la diversité's mission is to defend the universal and inalienable values of freedom, equality and justice. Our work in education and awareness-raising encourages individuals to take responsibility for the various forms of discrimination in their environment (racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, bullying, etc.). Commitment to inclusion and equity is at the heart of our organization.

We aspire to a society where diversity is celebrated as a strength, where each individual is respected and valued for who they are. We envision a world where discrimination is relegated to the past, where equal opportunities and rights are a reality for all, regardless of origin, identity or social status. Our vision for the future is of a society where social justice prevails, where solidarity and mutual respect are the foundations of our interactions, and where each and every one of us can live in dignity and freedom.
