Adecco is currently hiring for a Project Manager/Engineer – Site Development to join a growing team in the Kitchener/Waterloo area. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a competitive salary, bonus, and a full suite of benefits. Salary: $100,000–$130,000 + bonus + benefits + vacation + stocks + RSP + other perks
Location: Kitchener, ON | Hybrid (servicing the Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge/Guelph areas)

Responsibilities:
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of site development and infrastructure projects within budget and on schedule
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as their main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
Identify new business opportunities in the region and contribute to proposal preparation, project scoping, and RFP responses
Oversee design and technical aspects of projects, including grading, servicing, stormwater management, and site plan reviews
Manage financials for projects, including budgeting, invoicing, progress payment certificates, and accounts receivable
Participate in project and client meetings, providing clear communication and status updates
Provide guidance and direction to project teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory requirements
Contribute to business development initiatives and company growth
Requirements:
Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within an engineering consulting environment
Professional designation (P.Eng. or C.E.T.) or in progress
Strong knowledge of site development processes, municipal standards, and relevant legislation
Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with engineering software/tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused mindset
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and projects to successful outcomes
