Overview

PepsiCo Beverages Full Time Refrigeration Technician

Compensation:

  • $29.75 per hour (with Journeyman, Red Seal Certification)

  • Hours: 40 hrs per week and 8hrs On-call
  • Shift: Days, 8AM - 4:30PM
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating weekend coverage and weekday evening on call coverage

Responsibilities

  • Member of a dynamic, fast-paced service team
  • Perform service repairs and preventative maintenance in trade on soft drink dispensing equipment (fountain, coolers, vendors, FCB’s, Icemakers, etc.)
  • Delivery and delivery assistance of cooler and vendor equipment in the trade
  • Installation and installation assistance of fountain equipment in the trade
  • Responsible for enhancing and maintaining customer relations through efficient, professional customer service and improving service department teams targeted measures
  • Work shifts may be subject to change
  • Start times may vary and must be available for overnight stays

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated positive team attitude as well as ability to work independently, and proven attendance record
  • Previous service experience an asset
  • Desire and ability to progress through Service Technician levels
  • Good communication skills
  • G License 
  • Aptitude tests will be administered. Successful candidate must achieve weighted average grade of 75% or higher to pass.
