Adecco is currently hiring a full-time highly organized and bilingual Medical Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare-related projects for our client in this unique remote opportunity. This client-facing role requires fluency in both French and English and a strong understanding of medical terminology and practices. In this position you will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication between clients, patients, and internal teams, while helping to drive projects forward on time and within scope.

  • Pay Rate: $26 - $30/h (based on experience)

  • Location: Toronto, ON (REMOTE)

  • Job type: Full-time | 1 year (with possibilities of extension)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the successful execution of projects by organizing kick-off meetings, managing timelines and deliverables, providing client updates, and coordinating communications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional operational teams to meet project goals and maintain high standards of quality.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure deliverables are aligned with project objectives and timelines.

  • Facilitate effective communication between teams to promote alignment and efficiency.

  • Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries and feedback.

  • Understand client needs and ensure they are communicated clearly to internal teams.

  • Collaborate with clients and/or support the project management team in delivering exceptional service.

  • Draft project-related content, including telephone scripts and website copy.

  • Assist in the development of business rules and guidelines to support project implementation.

  • Generate project reports, analyze data to ensure accuracy and quality, and translate results into clear, actionable insights for clients.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year work experience with medical background, such as medical assistant or clinical admin experience

  • 1+ year work experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment

  • Bilingualism, French and English fluency

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor

  • Critical thinking skills and a keen attention to detail are required, with the ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in drafting written content for program related materials

  • Strong organizational skillset with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment

  • Experience in working with databases is preferred

  • Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Bachelor’s Degree or other relevant industry experience is preferred

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
