Adecco is currently hiring for a Land Development Project Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative engineering consultancy serving the Kitchener/Waterloo region. Salary: $90,000–$120,000 + bonus + benefits + vacation + stocks + RSP + other perks

Responsibilities
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of residential, commercial, and mixed-use land development projects
Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards while managing client expectations effectively
Act as the main point of contact for clients and project teams, fostering strong relationships and proactively addressing concerns
Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams, managing schedules and deliverables
Lead business development initiatives, identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and responding to RFPs
Monitor and manage project financials, including billing, payments, and budget adherence
Attend client and project meetings and participate in strategic planning discussions
Support contract administration tasks and other duties as required
Requirements
Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a project management role within the engineering or development industry
Professional designation (P.Eng. preferred)
Solid understanding of the subdivision process and municipal development approvals
Knowledge of applicable government standards, engineering practices, and regulations
Proficiency with MS Office and other relevant software
Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities effectively
