Adecco is currently partnering with a global organization to recruit a Workforce Analytics & Insights Specialist to join their organization in St Thomas, ON. This role supports the implementation of long‑term workforce strategies and organizational development initiatives that align with business growth objectives and Group‑wide priorities.
This role requires strong analytical capability, HR and organizational insight, and a collaborative mindset to support workforce planning, headcount controlling, organizational design, and data‑driven decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment.
Pay Rate: $85,000/year

Responsibilities:
Workforce Strategy & Headcount Planning
Support the execution of short‑, medium‑, and long‑term workforce and role planning aligned with organizational growth objectives
Contribute to the setup and execution of headcount controlling processes in line with local and global (HQ) requirements
Prepare workforce and headcount reporting and collaborate closely with Finance to ensure alignment with budgeting and financial planning
Organizational Development & Design
Support the development, design, and rollout of organizational development initiatives in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders
Plan, manage, and deliver organizational development projects, including the creation and release of organizational charts
Support strategic initiatives aimed at building lean, scalable, and sustainable organizational structures
Coordinate and support proposals to optimize organizational structures and processes based on corporate strategy
Data, Analytics & Reporting
Design, implement, and deliver predictive analytics and dashboards to identify workforce trends and enable informed decision‑making
Create, monitor, and report HR‑specific KPIs in line with company, brand, and Group requirements
Ensure timely, accurate, and structured reporting across all workforce management and organizational development metrics
Job Architecture & Total Rewards Support
Participate in job evaluation processes and ensure alignment with HQ grading requirements
Support the development and maintenance of job matrices, job architecture, and standardized job descriptions
Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits and Learning & Development teams to ensure harmonization of roles
Support compensation‑related initiatives, including reviews, implementation activities, and incentive plan administration
Ways of Working & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to the design of the future work environment by supporting the development of methods, tools, and processes that enhance customer and employee orientation
Create decision templates, presentations, and workshop materials to support leadership discussions
Identify and support process improvement opportunities using structured methodologies
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Organizational Development, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Data Analytics, or related disciplines
Strong experience with HR data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics
Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau and HR systems (ATS, HRIS)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); exposure to Lean Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies is an asset
Experience with workforce management tools and maintaining HR datasets
Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent project and process management capabilities
Proven ability to develop clear, well‑structured documentation and presentations
Strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
