Adecco is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate for full-time opportunities in Victoria, BC. This role is ideal for reliable, hardworking individuals who thrive in fast-paced warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments and enjoy hands-on work.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and organizing orders while supporting daily warehouse operations. You will play a key role in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and safety within the workplace.

  • Pay Rate: $19.00 – $23.00/hour

  • Location: Victoria, BC

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, daytime shifts (varies by assignment)

  • Contract: Temporary with potential for temp-to-perm opportunities

  • Vacancy Status: This posting is for upcoming opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and organize customer orders accurately and efficiently

  • Load and unload materials and products safely

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment (training provided if required)

  • Support inventory counts and assist with shipping and receiving activities

  • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift between 30–50 lbs on a regular basis

  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious with a strong work ethic

  • Previous warehouse or general labour experience is an asset but not required

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

  • Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada
