Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Track Maintenance Foreperson / Boom Truck Driver to lead track maintenance activities and ensure safe, reliable railway operations. This role supervises crews and performs hands-on maintenance of track infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
· Inspect, maintain, and repair track components (rails, ties, switches, ballast)
· Supervise crews to ensure quality work and adherence to safety standards
· Approve completed track work for service and maintain operating restrictions
· Install and repair crossings, switches, and track structures
· Perform physical tasks including material handling, ballast distribution, and site cleanup
· Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operating rules
· Complete inspection, inventory, and work reports
Qualifications and Skills:
· Previous foreperson or supervisory experience
· Experience in similar field or outdoor working conditions
· High School Diploma or GED
· Valid Driver’s License
· Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting up to 70 lbs)
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (asset)
· Strong leadership and safety focus
· Effective communication and teamwork
· Ability to work in all weather conditions and adapt to shift work
· Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
