Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Territory Merchandiser for our client in Winnipeg, MB. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organization that supports major food brands and retailers across Canada.

If you enjoy working independently, building strong relationships, and creating impactful in-store product displays, this field-based role could be the perfect fit. You'll travel throughout Winnipeg and surrounding areas to execute merchandising programs, maintain product visibility, and support retail success.

  • Pay Rate: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience

  • Location: Winnipeg, MB

  • Job type: Temporary to Permanent | 3 months| Full-time

  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week

Travel Requirements:

  • Daily travel between multiple retail locations

  • Approximately 6 to 7 store visits per day

  • Occasional travel outside Winnipeg may be required

  • Most travel is same-day

  • Occasional overnight travel may be required

  • Some workdays may extend beyond standard hours due to weather, distance, or scheduling requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Visit assigned retail locations throughout Winnipeg and surrounding areas

  • Execute merchandising programs and ensure products are displayed according to established standards

  • Maintain shelf presentation, product placement, and merchandising compliance

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and retail staff

  • Capture photos and complete reporting using company-provided technology

  • Identify merchandising opportunities and support inventory-related activities

  • Plan and organize daily routes to maximize efficiency

  • Communicate store conditions, opportunities, and concerns to management

  • Complete assigned store visits within required timelines

  • Support promotional initiatives and retail execution activities across the territory

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable planning routes and managing a territory

  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused

  • Valid driver's license required

  • Access to a reliable vehicle

  • Ability to travel throughout Winnipeg and the surrounding area

  • Comfortable using tablets and mobile technology for reporting and communication

  • Previous experience in merchandising, retail, customer service, grocery, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or territory-based roles is considered an asset

  • Territory Representative experience is considered an asset

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
