BCIT’s Student Success Division is seeking a regular, full-time (1.0 FTE) Student Housing Maintenance Worker. This position is responsible for maintaining the campus residences, including handling the maintenance logistics with service providers, contractors, suppliers, Facilities and other stakeholders. Coordinates renovations and maintains facilities and equipment in a timely, organized and cost-effective manner. Provides timely communication with key stakeholders such as residents, office staff members and resident advisors regarding repairs and other facility-related issues. Ensures a high level of service standards are met in carrying out the day-to-day operational requirements.
