Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As a Lending Administration Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring retail lending transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with Vancity’s service standards. You will support funding, loan maintenance, and payout activities while proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies through system and third-party reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and is committed to delivering an exceptional member experience.
This is a full-time, Permanent role based at our Surrey Central Office and will report directly to the Team Manager, Operations. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands

How You'll Make an Impact:
- Processing retail loan administration transactions including funding, maintenance, and payouts in alignment with service standards
- Reviewing and validating loan documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies
- Monitoring system-generated and third-party reports to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies in a timely and effective manner
- Applying established guidelines and procedures to support accurate loan processing decisions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of lending services
- Responding to inquiries and communicating effectively with stakeholders to provide information
- Escalating complex or unresolved issues to senior staff as required
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Post-secondary education or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in loan administration, banking operations, or a related financial services role
