Adecco is actively seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee large-scale industrial, commercial, and warehouse projects across Canada. This leadership role requires a hands-on construction professional with a proven ability to manage complex builds exceeding 60,000 sq. ft., coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and drive results under accelerated timelines.
- Pay Rate: $130k/year.

- Manage all field and site operations for assigned construction projects.
- Supervise and coordinate self-performed and subcontracted work.
- Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and change management.
- Ensure strict compliance with building codes, safety protocols, and contract requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients to achieve project milestones.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and motivation to on-site teams and subcontractors.
- Navigate tight-access zones and complex site logistics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold quality and safety standards.
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- 8+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in industrial, commercial, or warehouse construction.
- Proven track record managing projects of 60,000 sq. ft. or larger.
- Skilled in site logistics, accelerated timelines, and high-performance project delivery.
- Skilled Trade Certification is an asset.
- Strong leadership, delegation, and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction documentation tools.
- Willing and able to travel extensively and work remotely across Canada.
