Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our client’s warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming goods, processing RMAs, managing inventory, and preparing outgoing shipments. The ideal candidate has experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment and is comfortable working with ERP systems.

  • Pay Rate: $20 - $25 depending on experience

  • Location: Mississauga, ON

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

Receiving & Inspection

  • Receive incoming goods by inspecting packages for damage and verifying accuracy.

  • Validate and count items against packing slips and enter quantities into the Oracle ERP system.

  • Follow supplier non‑conformance procedures for any issues identified during receiving.

  • Receive and process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and rentals in Oracle; tag and deliver items to the correct department.

  • Replenish and distribute inventory to appropriate production locations.

Inventory Management

  • Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Stock inventory bins and ensure materials are organized and easily accessible.

  • Assist with ordering packaging materials when required.

Shipping & Documentation

  • Prepare, consolidate, and pack materials for customer shipments according to order requirements.

  • Manually pack, label, and verify documentation for all outgoing orders.

  • Match paperwork to materials and review orders for completeness and accuracy.

  • Facilitate rush orders and notify the Shipping Coordinator of any issues.

  • Record waybill information for collect shipments.

  • Use the Oracle ERP system to complete all shipping processes.

General Warehouse Support

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • College Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain or a related field.

  • Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, and shipping/receiving.

  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe.

  • Domestic and international shipping experience.

  • Experience working with Oracle ERP.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to lift 30–40 lbs daily for receiving, material handling, packing, and shipping.

  • Ability to lift 55–60 lbs occasionally.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
