  • Leads the application of advanced analytics and AI-enabled techniques to synthesize behavioural, sentiment, and operational employee data into actionable insights.
  • Designs and oversees the evolution from descriptive reporting to more advanced analytical approaches (e.g., pattern detection, triangulation of behavioural and sentiment signals, early‑warning indicators), ensuring insights support proactive culture management, leader decision‑making, and enterprise risk oversight.
  • Partners with technology and analytics teams to responsibly leverage AI capabilities in line with data privacy, ethical use, and regulatory expectations.
  • Operates as a senior individual contributor with enterprise-wide accountability for the quality, integrity, and impact of employee listening insights, influencing outcomes across business lines, geographies, and leadership levels without direct people management, including role and persona‑based dashboards for senior leaders, people managers, HR partners, and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Acts as a key contributor to the Bank’s broader Talent Intelligence ecosystem by integrating behavioural and culture signals into enterprise talent insights.
  • Partners with Talent Intelligence, Leadership, and Workforce Strategy teams to ensure employee listening insights inform skills‑based talent decisions, leadership capability development, workforce planning, and culture‑related risk identification.
  • Champions a high-performance environment and demonstrates a commitment to Scotiabank’s values: accountability, passion, integrity, and respect. Creates an inclusive team culture that values diverse perspectives.
  • Directs day-to-day activities consistent with the Bank’s risk culture and appetite.
  • Ensures effective and efficient operations in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, Code of Conduct, and Global Sales Principles, while ensuring adequacy and adherence to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions, and conduct risk controls.

  • Deep industry knowledge in banking and financial services (asset).
  • Experience with a variety of HR systems.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across business units, geographies, and disciplines.
