Your Role:
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and KPIs by translating business needs into clear indicators, and support managers in interpreting data for decision-making.
- Influence decision-making through an integrated business–data–technology perspective, simplifying and communicating complex issues (data, technology, processes).
- Identify optimization opportunities through advanced analytics (trends, root causes, scenarios) and analyze end-to-end processes to recommend automation, simplification, or optimization.
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of end-to-end processes and formulate high-impact recommendations to enhance client and employee experience.
- Lead or contribute to the delivery of business initiatives by operationalizing solutions and ensuring their implementation (simplification, automation).
- Communicate effectively with IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and solution delivery.
- Act as an influential leader, recognized for expertise and the ability to mobilize stakeholders, manage change, and drive adoption of new solutions.
Your Team:
This position reports to the Senior Director – Capital Markets Operations Reconciliations. You will work daily with a team of over 40 colleagues covering end-to-end Capital Markets and Wealth Management reconciliation processes, and more specifically with the 7 senior transformation advisors.

This role is evolutionary and part of a clear, structured development path that can allow you to grow in your role, access different levels of responsibility, and advance your career.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in data management, analytics, computer science, statistics, or another relevant field with seven years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in a related field with five years of relevant experience
- Experience in dashboard and report design: data modeling, source identification, data transformation.
- Experience in project delivery and the use of agile methodologies.
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders (including operations, project, and IT teams) in the delivery and deployment of initiatives.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), and Power BI.
- Strong interest in financial markets or knowledge of financial products and processes.
