As a Senior Account Executive, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. If you are looking for a company that is constantly moving forward in pursuit of successful outcomes, get ready to love it here! 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintain and update the Account Plan, ensuring accuracy in customer data (opportunities, risks, relationships, etc.)
  • Work with corporate customers to develop annual program plans and participate in customer meetings and wellness committees
  • Provide consultations on psychological health, wellness, and employee issues to HR departments, wellness committees, and leadership teams
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet customer objectives and utilization targets
  • Manage customer expectations, provide resolutions, and oversee quality assurance and education processes
  • Handle contract documentation, renewals, and retenders to ensure timely and profitable outcomes
  • Analyze customer data and create custom reports, highlighting trends, outcomes, and opportunities
  • Achieve annual retention and growth targets through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal/retender strategies
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, leveraging knowledge of customer needs and Homewood’s service offerings
  • Support Business Development and Sales teams on RFPs and other growth initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and ensure alignment with account and engagement plans
  • Prepare and participate in customer meetings, conducting internal prep meetings and gathering necessary materials
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer needs effectively 

What we’re looking for:

  • 2-year diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, HR or other relevant discipline
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a professional business to business sales and/or account management environment
  • Ability to apply critical, analytical thinking and creativity when developing customer-focused solutions
  • Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills in English; French skills an asset
  • Strong business acumen and unbridled curiosity
  • Strong customer service, problem solving and negotiating skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as contribute to team objectives
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, and CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Valid driver’s license, access to vehicle, and the ability to travel

Homewood Health promotes a fair and competitive compensation model.  Pay rates are tailored to reflect differences in operating environments and job requirements.  Compensation is influenced by many factors including compensation principles or approach for a role or job function, organizational tenure, experience, qualifications or premium skills, external competitiveness, internal comparability, geography and work performance. Pay range for this position is 80,000 - 90,000 annually .
