As a Scrum Master, you will apply your agility and coaching skills to evolve agile team practices, in an end-to-end approach based on different experiences aimed at enhancing the experience of all employees in the IT Capital Markets sector.

You know how to optimize a team to improve its efficiency. You transform every problem or failure into a learning experience and you evolve easily in complex technological and organizational environments, this position is for you!

Your role

  • Be responsible, in collaboration with the project team, for the definition, planning, and organization of work for the delivery of initiative features
  • Supervise and facilitate the day-to-day activities of the multidisciplinary teams under your responsibility
  • Support Product Owners in the prioritization and refinement of activities
  • Support managers in the sound management of initiatives (budgets, timelines, risks and issues, etc.)
  • Act as a "coach" for colleagues who are less experienced in the use of agile methodology (e.g., scrum, kanban, etc.) and propose improvements that support the delivery of features
  • Diagnose problematic situations, intervene and get involved in the resolution of complex problems by ensuring the implementation of solutions
  • Raise and manage the risks and issues inherent in the delivery of features in a constant and proactive manner
  • Produce the various reports allowing the monitoring of the progress of the work of the features and if necessary, provide the progress statuses while adapting the communication to the audience
  • Manage stakeholders and maintain good relations with internal and external collaborators
  • Support your team and other managers in the management of interdependencies and blockers.

Your team

Within the IT Delivery Capital Markets sector, you report to the Senior Director. The Bank values continuous development and internal mobility. Our personalized training programs, based on learning in action, allow you to master your craft and develop new areas of expertise.

Tools such as the Data Academy, language training, the Harvard Learning Center, and coaching and mentoring support are available to you at all times.

Your profile

  • Well-established experience as a Scrum Master of at least 6 years
  • Completed bachelor's degree, related to the industry, and several years of relevant experience or other degree, related to the industry, and several years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and the role of Scrum Master, essential
  • Experience in IT projects
  • Ability to simplify issues, risks and business objectives
  • Good communication and ability to synthesize at all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Be able to work with multiple teams in Scrum/Scrumban
  • Openness to learning and evolution with a good understanding of technical challenges.
