Adecco is currently hiring a Quality Operations & Localization Program Coordinator to support global quality management initiatives for a leading tech-driven organization. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity ideal for someone with experience in localization, multilingual operations, and program coordination in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will support day-to-day quality management operations across multiple programs, ensuring high standards for translation, transcription, and localization services while working with global freelancer communities and cross-functional teams.

  • Pay Rate: $41.25/hour

  • Location: Vancouver, BC | Remote

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST)

  • Contract: Temporary | Potential for extension or conversion

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day Quality Management Operations across multiple programs and services

  • Establish and execute quality processes, documentation, onboarding, and training for translators, transcribers, reviewers, and auditors

  • Coordinate project handoffs and ensure timely delivery of all project milestones within scope, timeline, and quality standards

  • Support resource management for localization talent communities, including screening, qualifying, and onboarding freelancers

  • Source new languages based on business requirements and localization demand

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy & Planning, Workforce Management, and Localization Experience teams

  • Maintain and update quality operations training documentation

  • Manage performance and quality standards of translator and transcriber talent pools

  • Support triaging and resolution of quality issues and bugs

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards across multilingual content and AI-related services

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

  • 2–3 years of experience in the localization industry (tech industry experience preferred)

  • Strong understanding of multilingual content workflows and localization processes

  • Experience in project or program management support

  • Experience sourcing or recruiting freelance or contract talent is an asset

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of translation, transcription, and localization best practices

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

  • Ability to engage and support freelance communities effectively

  • Passion for quality standards in multilingual content and global operations
