As part of the migration of our workforce management (WFM) solution from NICE IEX to Genesys Cloud, we are looking for someone to assume the role of Product Owner. This position will allow you to play a key role in the success of the project. You will work closely with WFM experts, IT teams and service providers, while being assisted by a Project Manager (PM).

Your role :

  • Assume the role of operational product owner for the WFM migration project to Genesys Cloud, coordinating needs, prioritising work and monitoring project execution
  • Making decisions related to the realisation and delivery of the product
  • Represent and integrate the sometimes divergent interests of different stakeholders (it, suppliers, etc.)
  • Overall define the solution to be delivered (vision and scope)
  • Clearly detail the requirements for the implementation team, including the acceptance criteria for each element
  • Ultimate responsibility for managing the Product Backlog
  • Accept deliverables and increments for the it solution to be deployed in production
  • Contribute to planning the various migration phases
  • Participate in testing activities
  • Monitor the progress of work, risks and issues, decisions and dependencies
  • Contribute to testing and validation activities, preparation for deployment and implementation

Your team :

You are part of a team of 17 colleagues in the Client Experience Centre sector. The team is responsible for the technological transformation of contact centres, with a focus on improving the client and employee experience. She works on structuring initiatives, from ideation to delivery. The team includes product owners, business analysts and specialised advisors, particularly in artificial intelligence, and works closely with it teams and external partners.

 Prerequisites:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and six years of relevant experience OR master's degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience  
  • Experience delivering solutions as a Product Owner (PO)
  • Ability to work in agile mode : Scrum, kanban, scaled Agile Framework (safe) and deliver without having all specifications
  • Excellent knowledge of the profession and the role of the solution in achieving business objectives or executing processes
  • Proficient in product definition and segmentation techniques
  • Understanding of the delivery cycle (orientation, selection, development, execution, finalisation) to refine the elements of the Notebook at the right time and at the right level of detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills, structure and discipline
  • Comfortable with documenting, following up on actions and coordinating multiple stakeholders
  • interested in WFM tools and technology solutions, without requiring in-depth technical expertise
