Adecco is currently hiring an Order Selector for a full-time position in Debert, NS. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented and reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is committed to accuracy, safety, and productivity.

As an Order Selector, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment to support daily operations.

• Pay Rate: $20.05/hour

• Location: Debert, NS

• Schedule: Full-time | Temporary

• Shifts: Monday - Friday | 3pm - 11:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Select customer orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice-picking systems

• Accurately pick products by item number, description, and quantity

• Stack, wrap, and label pallets or cartons according to company standards

• Transport completed orders to staging or shipping areas

• Inspect products for damage or quality issues

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

• Meet productivity, accuracy, and attendance standards

• Communicate shortages, damages, or errors to supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is considered an asset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures

• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move products as required

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Must be able to work a variable schedule, including shifts from Monday to Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

• Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada.
