Salary: 80-100k/year
Location: Delhi, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday (business hours)

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing service and installation teams
Coordinate scheduling of technicians, installers, and service personnel on a daily and weekly basis
Ensure all service calls, installations, and projects are completed safely, professionally, and on time
Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Resolve field-related issues and develop solutions to improve workflows and service delivery
Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate upcoming projects and service calls
Ensure teams receive accurate drawings, job specifications, and work orders prior to job start
Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and company standards
Lead, supervise, and mentor technicians, installers, and support staff
Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and work schedules
Review and approve timesheets for payroll processing
Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and safety
Ensure teams have the tools, equipment, and materials needed to perform their work effectively
Coordinate ordering of materials, parts, and equipment
Oversee maintenance of company vehicles
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
Promote and enforce workplace safety practices
Ensure all work aligns with applicable HVAC, electrical, and plumbing codes
Assist with managing departmental budgets and controlling operational costs
Ensure timely and accurate customer billing
Track KPIs such as job completion rates, labor efficiency, and service performance
Collaborate with senior leadership to set goals and support business growth strategies
Qualifications
Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations management within HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or similar service industries
Strong understanding of field service operations and trade workflows
Experience managing technicians, installers, and service teams
Strong scheduling, project coordination, and resource management skills
Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards
Valid driver’s license
