Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Operations Analyst to support our client’s Sales, Pricing, and Channel Operations teams in Mississauga, ON. This role plays a key part in analyzing sales performance, developing reporting tools, identifying market opportunities, and supporting customer‑focused decision‑making. This role requires you to excel at transforming data into insights, collaborating cross‑functionally, and presenting compelling analysis that drives commercial growth.

  • Pay Rate: $60,000 - $80,000 Depending on experience

  • Location: Mississauga, ON

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Apply data analysis techniques to evaluate, forecast, and enhance customer and channel sales performance, including program results, market penetration, return on investment, and overall profitability.

  • Identify essential business data needs and collaborate with internal teams to consolidate information into clear, usable formats for evaluating trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

  • Partner with Sales Operations, Pricing, and Data Analytics teams to develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics that track business outcomes, program effectiveness, and customer activity.

  • Lead data-driven projects focused on specific customers or sales channels by working closely with the Sales team to identify requirements and deliver actionable insights.

  • Manage reporting related to sales channels and program performance, including earnings calculations and associated tracking.

  • Provide support and coverage for the Sales Management team when required.

  • Assist field sales teams by responding to distributor, dealer, and channel-related data requests, including monthly updates to customer lists.

  • Coordinate ongoing communication and updates regarding sales programs to ensure the team stays informed and aligned.

  • Conduct industry and competitor research and present recommendations based on findings.

  • Serve as the primary contact for the Sales team on questions related to Tableau and SAP.

  • Perform additional administrative duties as required (approximately 15% of the role).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field from a recognized institution.

  • 3–5 years of experience in a sales analytics, business analysis, or data-focused customer support role—or equivalent experience.

  • Experience within the consumer tire industry is an asset.

  • Strong technical proficiency in Tableau, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French language skills are considered an advantage.

  • Strong presentation abilities with the capability to convert analytical findings into visually compelling PowerPoint content.

  • Exceptional organizational and planning abilities with strong attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and independently oversee projects from start to finish.

  • Confidence in making informed decisions independently while aligning with departmental and organizational objectives.

  • Willingness to work flexible or extended hours—including evenings and weekends—to support internal activities and dealer-related functions.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
