Responsibilities

  • Extracting and analyzing data, generating and providing reports that support daily requirements of the Taber plant
  • Uncovering, troubleshooting, and providing solutions to inefficiencies, process gaps, and reporting errors
  • Creating and running reports as necessary to understand data and cost trends to increase insight into department opportunities
  • Processing of receipts & Transfers of raw materials into S4 for vendor payment
  • Partner with AP team to deep dive and resolve outstanding invoices (VIM)
  • Accountable for daily reconciliation of production between S4 and R-Time to ensure accurate KG production reporting to drive financial performance and accuracy of key manufacturing performance metrics ex. Finished Waste, TCC, TE, and utility consumption/kg.
  • Execute Quarterly SAG/SOX audits to ensure Controls Compliance
  • Calculating accruals for account management and cost forecasting
  • Completing Quality/Food Safety training and adhering to the Food Safety Pre-Requisite Programs (PRP/oPRP) that is required for the applicable area.
  • Ordering office supplies via MyBuy
  • Supporting other functions as necessary

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the Manufacturing Industry is a plus
  • Experience with SAP s/4hana preferred
  • Demonstrated high level of competence with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical, solution oriented
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Able to prioritize multiple important priorities
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills, and accept new business changes
