Adecco is currently seeking a Mill Manager for a permanent opportunity in Woodstock, New Brunswick.

This role involves leading, maintaining, and improving production equipment in a fast-paced sawmill environment. The ideal candidate is a certified Millwright with hydraulic and pneumatic experience, highly organized, and committed to safety and continuous improvement.   • Pay Rate: $27.89–$31.74/hr + $1.35/hr night shift premium

  • Location: Woodstock, New Brunswick

  • Job Type: Permanent | Full-time

  • Shifts:

    • Day Shift: 7:00am – 3:10pm, Monday–Friday

    • Night Shift: 3:10pm – 11:20pm, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance checks on production equipment

  • Troubleshoot and provide immediate corrective support for equipment issues

  • Overhaul, install, rebuild, and fabricate parts as required

  • Perform facility maintenance and upkeep

  • Attend and participate in monthly Joint Health & Safety Committees (JHSC) and execute assigned tasks

Qualifications:

  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

  • Journeyman Millwright certification with Red Seal

  • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems

  • Previous experience in the lumber or sawmill industry preferred

  • Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and improve production equipment

Personality Traits:

  • Versatile, autonomous, and organized

  • Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure

  • Meticulous, with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively
