Manager, Property Partnership & Advertising Networks

We have partnered with a client and are seeking a skilled and relationship?driven professional to oversee the daily business management of partnership and advertising networks. This role plays a key part in managing daily business activities, maintaining strong partnerships with airport stakeholders, and supporting the growth and performance of a premier airport advertising program.

The successful candidate will serve as a central liaison between airport partners, internal operations teams, and sales leadership, ensuring smooth execution, regulatory compliance, and delivery of innovative advertising solutions, including digital media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Airport & Operations Management
  • Lead the day-to-day management of advertising programs within the airport environment
  • Maintain strong working relationships with airport authority teams and departmental stakeholders
  • Coordinate with technology, project management, and operations teams to support the rollout and maintenance of digital advertising assets
  • Address operational issues such as signage maintenance or installation challenges in a timely manner
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
  • Act as a primary contact for internal teams, sales partners, and external clients regarding airport advertising opportunities
  • Provide support to the sales team on various communications, reporting and leads
  • Conduct guided tours for clients and internal stakeholders, showcasing advertising formats and placements
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to help develop compelling materials and proposals for new opportunities
Financial Oversight & Compliance
  • Monitor revenues and expenses tied to the airport advertising program to ensure financial performance
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior leadership and internal departments
  • Ensure adherence to contractual agreements, regulatory requirements, and airport authority standards

Qualifications
  • Minimum three years’ experience in business management, partnerships, or account leadership—experience in advertising, out-of-home media, or airport-related environments is an asset.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience negotiating, managing, and administering commercial agreements, experience with licensing or property agreements is an asset.
  • A background supporting revenue?driven programs and working with sales teams in a partnership?focused environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong organizational abilities and exceptional attention to detail, with comfort managing multiple locations and priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success working collaboratively within cross?functional teams.
  • A proactive, solutions?oriented mindset, with strong judgment and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in common office and collaboration software.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
  • Residency in the Greater Vancouver Area and the ability to complete regular on?site visits at both the office and client site
